ORDERING INFORMATION
$50 Minimum required for all online sales (plus shipping).

  • When you place an order with us online, you will receive a prompt email confirmation detailing your order.

  • Once your order has been finalized and your credit card has been approved, you will receive a final confirmation that your order has been shipped.

  • Shipping is done via UPS Ground and USPS from our warehouse in Nyack, New York.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will require additional shipping charges.

  • Next Day Delivery is available for non-personalized items based on customer request at an extra cost. If you wish to do so, be sure to place your order before 11am, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

We staff our customer service desks from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday — Friday. We continually monitor our fax lines and email throughout the day. Please realize that although our website accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we can only process orders during normal hours of operation, as listed above.

BACK ORDERS
If one or more of the products that you ordered are out of stock, you will receive partial shipment. Back orders will be shipped to you as soon as possible, free of shipping charge.

RETURNS POLICY
For safety reasons, we do not accept any return of CBR (chemical/biological/radiological) products including escape hoods, gas masks and CBR protective suits. Other products can be returned within 14 days after delivery by requesting a return authorization via e-mail at returns@rocklandfire.com — there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returned items.

These rates are for UPS Ground and USPS service within the continental United States. Additional shipping will be required for delivery to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
*Due to their excessive weight some products require an additional shipping charge.
